About Us

About Us - Moksha Foundation

Moksha was not born in a boardroom.
It began as a feeling - the kind that aches quietly inside you when the world tells you to “be strong” but never teaches you how to be soft.

We are a youth-led movement that believes healing starts with being heard. At Moksha, we are not here to fix you. We are here to feel with you. Whether it is your first heartbreak, your darkest day or just the weight of existing - you deserve a safe space. No judgment. No labels. Just presence.

Who We Are

Moksha Foundation is a community built by young people, for young people, rooted in the belief that vulnerability is not weakness - it is where strength begins.

What started as one voice saying “I wish someone just listened” has grown into a collective of empathetic listeners, changemakers and fearless feelers.

We may not have all the answers - but we promise to sit with your questions.

Why We Exist

Because sometimes, all someone needs is to be asked,
“Are you okay?”
-and believed when they say “I am not.”

Because the world tells us to hustle harder, love less and cry quietly.
And we are here to say: you are allowed to feel.
You are allowed to fall apart.
And you do not have to do it alone.

What Do We Do?

We provide free counseling and emotional support to anyone who needs it. Our team of volunteers listens without judgment and offers guidance for self-care, creating a safe space where people can share openly and begin their journey toward healing.

Why you should talk to "Moksha"?

Because we get it. We are around your age, we have walked through similar storms, and we are here not to judge - but to listen, relate, and support. At Moksha, you will find people who are ready to:

  • -Talk with you, not at you
  • -Share time, space, stories (and maybe even become your new favorite friend 😊)
  • -Never bombard you with questions like Why? When? With whom?
  • -Sip on coffee and swap thoughts like it is the most natural thing in the world

What you will get from “Moksha”?

  • -A genuine connection — maybe a friend, maybe a mentor, maybe something in between
  • -A safe corner where you can just be yourself, no filters needed
  • -The courage and clarity to begin again, in your own way
  • -A team cheering you on with support, direction, and endless encouragement
So hey, whenever you feel ready — we are here. Let’s talk, let’s heal, let’s grow.
